Marble Rose was created to uplift the economy through employment while assisting in the growth of brand and business we work with daily.

We aim to grow Marble Rose to be Africa’s biggest black female-owned corporation with a great success story on achieving development, employment, economic growth, and sustainability through staying committed to our core values and embracing continuous improvement.

Founder and CEO

Nelo Ntshudisane is a radio broadcaster, speaker, entrepreneur and communications consultant with over a decade of experience working in the Marketing and Media Industry. She has worked in the marketing department of one the biggest media firms in South Africa, Times Media Group and has worked as a media analyst under Shaka Sisulu.

Ntshudisane has consulted for the office of the former National Police Commissioner of South Africa, Ambassadors within the African Union and represented over 50 law firms in her career.

Ntshudisane is also a founder of an NPC that focuses on rural development in South Africa through sports and educational initiatives.
